tradition, Rohini embodies beauty, grace, and vibrancy. In Hindu
astronomy, it is a nakshatra—or star—known as the “red star,”
symbolizing energy, warmth, and life. In Sanskrit, it translates to
“the red one,” reflecting the rich, vibrant colors of Indian cuisine
and culture.
Like the bright red star that rises in the east, Rohini illuminates our
